Yeet Into OnSong

Yo, so you're a musician who's basically hoarding chord charts from every corner of the internet, right? OnSong's got your back with like a bazillion ways to yeet your music into your digital library so it's always handy.

The "Add To OnSong" button shows up basically everywhere on iOS/iPadOS when there's stuff you wanna throw into your OnSong collection. Here's the laundry list of apps that'll play nice with it.

Turn It On (If You Can Figure It Out)

LOL so "Add To OnSong" is totally hidden by default—shocking, we know. To find it, crack open the activities menu in whatever app you're vibin' with & you can AirDrop, open in other stuff, or hit up more actions.

If "Add To OnSong" is ghosting you, tap the Edit Actions... link at the bottom to summon it & rearrange stuff to your liking. Running ancient iOS? Just swipe those greyscale icons to the right & smash the More button instead. #TechLife

Safari

Wanna grab chord charts from websites? Easy peasy. Just cruise the web then tap the "activities" icon in your toolbar. It's literally the same vibe as hitting print, except you're tapping "Add To OnSong" instead. Pop open OnSong later & boom—new song in your library. Chef's kiss.

Photos

Select pics & videos in the Photos app, tap that square-with-an-arrow doohickey, & pick "Add To OnSong" from the activities menu. If your photo's vertical or looks like actual paper, OnSong's gonna import it as a song. Everything else? Straight to the Background Media Library you go.

Mail

Got file attachments in your email? Tap the activities menu & OnSong will flag 'em to import next time you open the app. It's like magic, except it's code. ✨

Notes

Wrote a banger in Notes & scribbled down lyrics somewhere else? Select the text, hit "Share...", pick "Add To OnSong" from activities, & bam—next time you launch OnSong, you've got a fresh song with all your scribblings. Living your best creative life!

Word Processors

Using Pages or Microsoft Word to write out your masterpiece? OnSong can totally import from a bunch of formats. If "Copy to OnSong" isn't showin' up, just tap "Add To OnSong" & let it handle the file next time you open the app. Pro tip: use a supported file format or you'll be real sad.

GarageBand

Cookin' up the sickest backing track for your next bop? Export that banger from GarageBand & tap "Add To OnSong" to slide that MP3 into your OnSong Audio Library. Then link it to the song & watch the magic happen.

The Fine Print Nobody Reads

Real talk tho: not everything on the internet is yours to use, even if it's just sittin' there. Read the Terms of Use/Service from whatever website you're borrowin' from so you don't end up in hot water. OnSong will remind you before each import—your friendly neighborhood legal obligation reminder. You're welcome.
